Cancelation and Refund Policy

Effective date: March 9, 2023

1. Definitions

1.1. “Agreement” means the Subscription Agreement, which is comprised of:

User agreement;

Privacy Policy;

— each mutually-executed Order Form.

1.2. “Company” means O.N. DealMedia LTD.
1.3. “Customer” means the Customer set forth in the Order Form.
1.4. “Order Form” means the initial order form for Services under the Agreement, if any.
1.5. “Service” means the Company’s database of online bloggers and Influencers allowing the Customer to get insights into the online advertising market.
1.6. “Subscription” means the amount of money that the Customer pays regularly to receive a Service and depends on the chosen subscription plan.

2. Subscriptions Renewal

2.1. All Subscriptions are automatically renewed for the same period unless the Customer cancels it before 23:59 Eastern European Time (UTC +2) on the last day of the then-current subscription period. 

3. Subscription Cancellation and Termination

3.1. The Customer can cancel the Subscription at any time, with or without cause. However, the Customer hereby understands and accepts that by canceling the Subscription: 
a) no refund might be provided; 
b) all charges due until the end of the Subscription may be obligated to be settled.
3.2. The Customer can cancel the Subscription on their own (Settings->Subscription->Cancel Subscription) or by contacting the Company’s support via email -
3.3. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Customer’s access to the Service for nonpayment. If the Customer’s Subscription is terminated for any reason, the Customer is still liable for a remaining unpaid period of the Subscription if the Customer’s Subscription is purchased on monthly basis. The Company may recover such payments due and in that case, the Customer will bear all the expenses related to such recovery or/and debt collection.

4. Subscription Refund

4.1. Given the specifics of the Service, the Company does not generally offer a refund if the Customer decides to stop using the Service unless otherwise described in the Agreement.
4.2. There will be no refunds for partial use of Service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, refunds for unused features, or refunds for failures or inaccessibility of Service due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made. Downgrading the Customer’s Service may cause the loss of content and features. The Company does not accept any liability for such loss.
4.3. Any fees charged for the automatically renewed Subscription will not be refunded.
The Company is unable to offer a refund (partial or otherwise) if the Customer has used the Service according to the chosen subscription plan already.  
4.4. The Company reserves the right at its sole discretion  at the request of the Customer to make a refund for the fees charged in accordance with the chosen subscription plan if the Customers contact the Company  within the first 24 hours after the charge was made.
4.5. The Company assesses the refund requests on their merits during 5 (five) business days from the date of their receipt. If the Company decides to issue a refund, this will be done using the same manner used to make the payment of the Service during 10 (ten) business days from the date of the Company’s decision.
